These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of findahome.com and our related state and agent pages (the "Site"), operated by Busca Tu Casa, Inc. ("Busca Tu Casa," "we," "us"). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
Sobre us
Busca Tu Casa provides real estate brokerage services through eXp Realty, Tennessee License 262943. The Site connects consumers with real estate agents, teams, and lending partners.
What the Site does
The Site is an informational and lead-routing tool. It helps you share what you are looking for and connects you with a real estate professional who can help. Information on the Site is provided for general purposes and is not a promise, offer, or guarantee of any property, price, loan, or outcome.
No brokerage or agency relationship until agreed in writing
Using the Site or submitting a form does not by itself create an agency, brokerage, or client relationship between you and Busca Tu Casa, eXp Realty, or any agent. A representation relationship is formed only when you and a licensed agent sign a separate written agreement.
Property and listing information
Any property or listing information shown on the Site is believed to be reliable but is not guaranteed accurate or current. Listing data may be subject to the rules of the multiple listing services that provide it. Verify all information independently before relying on it.
For-sale-by-owner submissions
The Site includes a section where homeowners can submit a for-sale-by-owner ("FSBO") property. If you submit a property to the FSBO section, the following terms apply to you.
Submitter attestation. By submitting a property to our FSBO section, you represent and warrant that:
- All information you provide is accurate, complete, and current.
- You own the property, or you are legally authorized by the owner to offer it for sale and to submit it to us.
- You have the right to list, market, and display the property and its photos, and your submission does not infringe the rights of any third party.
- You will promptly update or notify us if the property is sold, placed under contract, or withdrawn, or if any information changes.
- You grant Busca Tu Casa a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, format, and promote your submission on the Site and in related marketing.
Busca Tu Casa may review, edit for formatting, decline, or remove any FSBO submission at its discretion and is not obligated to publish any submission. A FSBO property is offered by the owner directly. Busca Tu Casa and eXp Realty do not represent the owner or any buyer in a FSBO transaction unless a separate written agreement is signed. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Busca Tu Casa, eXp Realty, and their agents from any claim, loss, or expense arising from your FSBO submission or from inaccurate information you provided.
Forms and communications consent
When you submit a form, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to provide it. Where a form includes a consent checkbox, you agree to be contacted as described in our Política de Privacidad. See the Privacy Policy for details on calls, texts, and your right to opt out.
Where a form's consent checkbox refers to these Terms of Service, the following consent language applies in full:
I agree to receive calls, texts, and emails from Busca Tu Casa and the Busca Tu Casa Network about my inquiry and related real estate services, including by automated means. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. Standard message and data rates may apply and message frequency may vary. Reply STOP to opt out of texts and use the unsubscribe link to opt out of emails.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose; copy, scrape, or harvest content, agent information, or listing data from the Site; interfere with the Site's operation or security; or misrepresent your identity or authority. We may suspend or block access for any misuse.
Intellectual property
The Site, including its design, text, graphics, and logos, is owned by Busca Tu Casa or its licensors and is protected by law. You may not reproduce or reuse it without our written permission.
Third-party services
The Site uses and may link to third-party services, including Fello for home valuation. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of third-party services. Your use of them is subject to their own terms.

Disclaimer of warranties
The Site is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, Busca Tu Casa disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, merchantability, and fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Busca Tu Casa and eXp Realty will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from your use of the Site or your reliance on information from it.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Busca Tu Casa, eXp Realty, and their agents and staff from any claim or expense arising from your use of the Site, your submissions, or your violation of these Terms.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Tennessee.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date above shows when they last changed. Continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
